A community for commercial fishermen, artists and recluses. The dwellings comprise an odd assortment of disused lighthouses, shacks (often built around old railway carriages) and the like. The whole is located on a giant shingle spit and exists alongside a nuclear power plant. It is an absolute goldmine for photographers. I stayed only part of one day but you could keep finding new material if you stayed a week.
